Watch out before dawn as the sky will be painted with meteor showers called Quadrantids. Quadrantids are describe as meteor showers of the new year. The meteor shower will be at its peak before morning. Peak is defined as the time when the most meteors can be seen by the observer at maximum activity.
So get those telescopes and cameras ready for this event to capture the most dramatic experience at the beginning of the new year.
